12 Centennial Woods Way and Fire Alarm System Replacement

Description of Work:
- Renovations to the South End of the Lower Level for Police Services
- Installation of a new Fire Alarm System for 12 Centennial Woods Way
Some localized construction noise and activity impacts will occur, and these will be managed as best they can by Stewart Construction who is the general contractor for the project.
Areas and Buildings Affected:
- 12 Centennial Woods Way (formerly known as the 284 East Ave building)
- Limited impact for sewer work in the roadway east of the building
