Interior renovations to MLS Human Assessment Lab Rooms 232, 234 & 236; Carrigan Wing Sensory Experiments Lab Suite 259

Description of Work:
Farrington Construction will be renovating Marsh Life Sciences Building Rooms 232, 234, & 236 and Carrigan Wing Lab Suite 259 for the Nutrition and Food Sciences Department. Work will include limited demolition, patching, painting, door work, plumbing, limited HVAC work at Suite 259, fire alarm work, and relocations.
Some localized construction noise and activity impacts will occur, and these will be managed as best they can by the contractor.
Areas and Buildings Affected:
- Marsh Life Science (MLS) southwest end area Rooms 232, 234, & 236 and area below these rooms for plumbing services access.
- MLS data wire distribution from network closet on 1st floor to Door 234.
- Carrigan Wing areas surrounding Suite 259.
