Anders Noren

Anders came to UVM in 1998 and worked with fellow students Josh Galster and Karen Jennings collecting and analyzing 18 cores from 11 lakes around Vermont and eastern New York. Anders' research documents "changes and cycles in climate crucial for distinguishing between natural climate variability and the effects of human activities."
