Tom Neumann

Tom is a glaciologist who works at both the northern and southern extremes of our world. We are collaborating with him in Greenland as we try and determine when the ice last retreated substantially. Tom recently began a new career at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Not one to hang around indoors too long, Tom spent one day in his new office and left for the field as the traverse team leader on a scientific trip to East Anarctica with a team of scientists from NASA and the NSF.
