Fall start deadline: April 30, 2023
Step One
Complete the Occupational Therapy Common Application through the Occupational Therapist Centralized Application Service (OTCAS) and include the following:
- (3) Letters of Recommendation (1 academic letter and 2 professional letters, preferably one by an OT)
- Official Transcript(s) from all U.S. and Canadian schools attended. OTCAS and the UVM OTD program accept prerequisite credits from regionally accredited institutions only.
Step Two
Complete the supplemental UVM Graduate College Application and submit the application fee.
- You need not upload a resume or writing sample. Under the personal statement section, upload a PDF or Word document that reads: "See essay on OTCAS application."

Completion of a technical standards form and submission of final transcripts (if applicable) are required for matriculation into the program.
