Note: Our early admissions cycle has closed, but the application for the OTD program is still open! We welcome and encourage prospective students to continue submitting their applications.

Complete the Occupational Therapy Common Application through the Occupational Therapist Centralized Application Service (OTCAS) and include the following:

• (3) Letters of Recommendation (1 academic letter and 2 professional letters, preferably one by an OT)
• Official Transcript(s) from all U.S. and Canadian schools attended. OTCAS and the UVM OTD program accept prerequisite credits from regionally accredited institutions only.

Occupational Therapy common application

Pay the UVM Supplemental Fee of $25 and complete any residency and financial aid forms which may be requested through your Graduate Portal account. Once you submit your application through OTCAS, you will receive an email from graduate.admissions@uvm.edu with a link and temporary pin to set up your account. In that account, a checklist will show any fees or forms that are outstanding.
