Requirements for Clinical Experience

Students in all health sciences majors must complete certain requirements prior to entering clinical experience.

Please note: The immunization and serology work take time. You may need a booster and you may need to re-titer. Plan ahead to complete this process to avoid being disenrolled from a clinical placement. Follow the clinical mandatory requirements links on this page for more information. Communication Sciences and Disorders undergraduate students have no mandatory requirements, except HIPAA, which is met through curriculum coursework.
