Interview Proccess

The CMB Program will host in-person interviews in January 2025, during which interviewees will meet with the Director, students, faculty, and staff, learn about the program and the resources available, and get a sense of what life is like as a student in the CMB program. It is expected that visiting interviewees will arrive on the Thursday preceding the Friday interview and stay until Sunday morning. Events will take place from 8am-8pm on Friday and 10am-8pm on Saturday. Costs for in-person interviews will be covered by the CMB program.

Online interviews will be held in early February for a select few that were unable to attend in-person. This will include a program overview, graduate student presentations, faculty interviews and discussions with current CMB students. We understand that this cannot replicate a visit to our campus in beautiful Burlington, VT or demonstrate the true collaborative nature of our community, however we hope to provide you with as much evidence of this as possible.
