BIO

Jayson is the Statewide Transition Coordinator for the Vermont Pathways 2 Partnership project. He is also a High School to Adult Transition Consultant and Postsecondary Transition Consultant for the Vermont I-Team. He has worked in education and developmental services in Vermont. He holds a BA in Psychology from Skidmore College and completed a graduate fellowship with the Vermont Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (VT-LEND) program at UVM’s College of Medicine.

He holds a Vermont Educator’s License with the Work-Based Learning endorsement.

Jayson was raised and attended grade school in Vermont. He is grateful to work with and support so many magnificent people.
