BIO

Samantha works to improve the health of both managed and wild pollinators through research, education, and outreach. At UVM, she conducts research on bee disease, teaches beekeeping courses, and directs the Vermont Bee Lab. Their lab also offers disease diagnostic services for beekeepers and they manage Vermont's involvement with the National Honey Bee Survey.
