BIO

Dianne grew up running a bit wild on a dairy farm in Vermont’s Champlain Valley. When she was not ‘helping’ with the animals or exploring the fields, forest and brook she was curled up  somewhere with her cat and a book. Dianne currently lives in Monkton, Vermont and works as a Farmbased Educator and Shelburne Farms where she helps people build connections to their food and fiber systems through hands-on activities and animal interactions. When not working Dianne can be found outside exploring the fields, forests and streams with her two dogs or reading.
