I am the University of Vermont Greenhouse Facilities Director. I lead day-to-day operations, capital projects, and long-term strategy to support research, teaching, and outreach. I manage staff and budgets, oversee environmental control systems, plant production, and growth chambers, and partner with faculty, students, and campus partners to enable high-quality science and hands-on learning. My background spans greenhouse and nursery management, research horticulture, integrated pest management, and the propagation of regionally significant native plants. I also co-lead a campus native-plant initiative focused on propagation and production, seed supply, and student training that advances restoration and conservation across Vermont and New England.
