Carrie Hughes Boyd is an Accessibility Specialist at the University of Vermont. She earned her M.Ed. in High Incidence Disabilities from the University of North Texas after completing her bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Baylor University.
She is passionate about creating accessible learning environments and helping students navigate higher education with confidence. Her professional interests include disability accommodations, educational accessibility, and improving systems that support student success shape institutions and communities.
