The Office of Accessibility Services at the University of Vermont (UVM) is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for all individuals with disabilities. UVM complies with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations to ensure equal access through reasonable and effective accommodations for qualified students, employees, and, where applicable, members of the public.

This commitment is guided by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12131) as amended by the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), and applicable Vermont state laws.
