    Come to the WAGE center Wednesdays from 12-1!
    The UVM Mindfulness Instructors, Julia Patkin and Marlie Hunt would love to meet you and connect. Each week they will hold space to practice mindfulness in community and create connections. These mindfulness sessions will include activities such as guided meditation, crafts, and mindful movement. Mindfulness and meditation are all about bringing your attention to the present moment and moving through life with a sense curiosity. You do not need to have any previous mindfulness or meditation experience to come.

    We look forward to meeting you!

    Let’s Talk provides 30-minute informal drop-in consultations with a CAPS Counselor. Simply drop into the WAGE Center space and sign up on the CAPS sheet by the front door for one of the afternoon’s open spots. The Counseling office is located behind the craft room, pass the kitchen, it will be on the door at your left. If you have question, feel free to ask any of the WAGE Center staff in one of the other offices.

    Let’s Talk is not a substitute for formal counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment, but counselors can listen to specific problems, provide support, help explore solutions and give information about other resources on campus and in the community.


    Let’s Talk at the WAGE Center is intended for students of all identifies. Appointments are first come, first served. Confidential space is available for private, in-person, and/or virtual counseling appointments.

  • COOKING SKILLS SERIES: ENERGY BITES!

    Fuel your brain and pick up a new skill with anti-diet dietitian, Amy Sercel, RD, and health & wellbeing coach, Micaela Young. Energy bites are a cost effective (and delicious!) alternative to granola bars that are super easy to whip up — even for the most kitchen averse. We’ll have all the mix-and-match ingredients for you to make these wholesome treats your own.

    Take a study break, grab a friend, and join us any time between 2 and 4pm at WAGE.

    Registration highly recommended, but all are welcome!
