History

Body

Originally founded in 1991 as the Women’s Center, the WAGE Center was renamed in 2020 through the efforts of students, faculty, and staff who recognized how experiences shape our sense of place, self, and access. Grounded in this evolution, WAGE cultivates connection and confidence by developing student leadership, expanding access to student success initiatives, and building community. This work comes to life through expansive programming and events, thoughtful collaborations, relationship-building, and community-focused resources that support students, staff, and faculty.
