To mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln, UVM will join a host of other civic and academic institutions statewide by playing the University Memorial Carillon. David Neiweem, university carillonneur and professor of music, has chosen a short program of music from the period of the Civil War to commemorate the event. The Carillon will play for ten minutes, beginning at 2:12 p.m.
