How can we encourage and produce a healthy data ecosystem for Vermont that is more organized, accessible, and can inform optimal decision-making?
VPI coalesced hundreds of Vermont-centered, open-source datasets to one large spreadsheet that categorized sources by field, such as health, demographics, workforce, environment, etc. These sources included links to data from the state, national census report, non-governmental organizations, and community groups, that could benefit other stakeholders once made more easily accessible. This non-exhaustive Vermont-focused data resource informed the data available by users of the Vermont Data Collaborative.
