A partnership of Coworking spaces from across Vermont designed to maximize their creative and economic impact
The Leahy Institute has created a Coworking Consortium, in partnership with include The Hub CoWorks (Rutland), Do North Coworking (Lyndonville), Black River Innovation Campus (Springfield), and Hula (Burlington).
The Consortium was designed to help partners learn from each other’s challenges and strengths. The goal: To help create a stronger statewide ecosystem of innovation hubs and coworking spaces that support economic development, workforce growth, and entrepreneurial success.
In summer 2025, UVM interns will work at each space, to 1) support the functions of each partner, and 2) aide Professor Erik Monsen at the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business in action research on rural coworking.
