For the convenience of health care customers, TSP services are bundled into partnership contracts that progressively build upon each other with additional levels of support and value.

These partnerships are designed to be customized to flexibly meet the unique service requirements of individual customers.

Capital Asset Protection Partnership (CAPP)

TSP's Capital Asset Protection Partnership (CAPP) program is designed to ensure that your most critical medical equipment — imaging, ultrasound, sterilizers, and laboratory equipment — is operating at peak performance. These items are the highest revenue generating assets of an institution and are the most technically demanding and expensive to maintain.

This program has resulted in average customer savings of 23% over manufacturer service contracts.

Specific services may be customized to meet your unique requirements and may include management, administration, and advisory services such as:

  • Centralized asset management, including equipment information tracking and reporting using the HEMS™ system (maintenance history, parts usage, etc.)
  • Preventative maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Coordination of repairs and associated documentation
  • Guaranteed cost
  • 24x7 emergency response

TSP has been providing CAPP services to health care organizations since 1992.
