Jarlath O’Neil-Dunne is the Director of the University of Vermont Spatial Analysis Lab. He leads a team that uses satellite imagery, drones, and other types of geospatial technology for disaster response, environmental assessment, and transportation mapping projects. Jarlath served in the Marine Corps for over a decade in both active and reserve capacities in infantry and intelligence units. He deployed with the 31st MEU and in support of Operation Resolute Response and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has worked with the UVM administration to improve the recruitment and support of student veterans in higher education.
