Every medication was once investigational, tested by volunteers to ensure safety and efficacy before approval. Your participation helps advance treatments for conditions like Asthma, COPD, Pulmonary Fibrosis, and Cystic Fibrosis. The Vermont Lung Center conducts multiple ongoing studies, some involving investigational drugs and others examining physiological aspects. All studies require approval from the University of Vermont's Institutional Review Board.
