Every Day Counts

Every Day Counts is an initiative to improve the school attendance and wellbeing among Vermont’s students and communities by leveraging partnerships between schools and health care.

Every Day Counts is generously supported by the Leahy Institute for Rural Partnerships, and led by the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program in strong partnership with local schools and health care providers as well as Vermont state government.

As part of that effort, our team is proud to host the Every Day Counts state-level summit on chronic absenteeism at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel and Conference Center on November 17, 2025.
