Division faculty are intimately involved in the education of medical students of all stages in the Larner College of Medicine. We truly appreciate the selflessness and generosity that is demonstrated daily on the part of our patients that allows for our efforts and responsibility to train the next generation of physicians to take place and be successful.

The Division continues to have research activities both in the clinic and the laboratory that are funded by peer reviewed grants, industry grants and generous donor gift. The attention to discovery, albeit in an ever more challenging funding environment, remains among the most ardent and important efforts we can have to deliver on the necessary symbiosis of quality patient care and academic medicine.
