Shamima Khan, M.B.A., Ph.D earned her PhD in Pharmacy Administration/Social and Administrative Sciences at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science and her Master of Business Administration. She completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in the Department of Medicine at the University of Vermont.
Dr. Khan has served on the faculty at various other institutions. She has broad teaching and mentoring experience and special expertise in quantitative public health sciences. Her research has focused on understanding health policy, health economics, and public health concerns in the U.S. healthcare system.
