BIO

Dr. Elizabeth Woods earned her Ph.D. in Public Health from Indiana University with a concentration in Health Behavior and minors in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. She also holds a Master’s in International Affairs from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Dr. Woods has over 12 years of teaching experience, covering a wide range of Public Health topics, including Consumer Health, Community Health, and Epidemiology for Practice.

Dr. Woods is currently a Research Specialist at the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. She works with the Northern New England Clinical and Translational Research Network (NNE-CTR) as part of the Community Engagement and Outreach core. In this role, she facilitates engagement between communities and investigators to promote community participation in research throughout Northern New England.
