Overall Goal of Our Research

Discover & characterize molecular changes in tumor cells that modulate DNA damage and mutagenesis, which is important because elevated mutagenesis in tumor cells promotes metastasis and therapeutic resistance while increased DNA damage and defective DNA repair pathways.
