CVRI Visiting Professor Seminar Series
Each academic year, CVRI sponsors leaders in cardiovascular research to serve as visiting professors and provide a seminar addressing a cardiovascular topic and of interest to a broad audience. These visiting professors focus on interdepartmental interactions with our early career scientists.

CVRI Viridis Montis Research Competition
The ECAC hosts an annual merit based scientific abstract competition, the Viridis Montis Early Career Investigator Challenge in Cardiovascular Disease, to highlight the best cardiovascular research work conducted by early career scientists at the University of Vermont and UVM Health Network.
