Each year, the Gerontology Symposium brings together professionals who work with older adults, as well as family caregivers, for a full day of learning and networking.

VT-BRIDGES is a workforce development program designed to recruit, educate, and retain Master's of Social Work (MSW) candidates in the field of aging in Vermont.

Grand Friends Program

This service-learning program pairs students with older adult volunteers to build meaningful intergenerational relationships. Students and older adults meet throughout the semester to exchange wisdom and stories, as part of the curriculum for undergraduate courses related to aging.

Vermont Youth Leaders in Aging invites high school students to discover the power of intergenerational relationships through meaningful volunteer experiences with older Vermonters, scaffolded by ongoing mentorship and career exploration opportunities.
