BIO

Lauren E. Bode PharmD, BCACP, CDCES, BC-ADM is System Manager of Ambulatory Care and Population Health Pharmacy, supporting the team of primary care pharmacists at UVM Health. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at UVM Larner College of Medicine. She is a graduate of University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and subsequently completed a PGY1 and PGY2 Pharmacotherapy Residency at the University of North Carolina Medical Center. She has served as the Executive Director of the Vermont Pharmacists Association as well as a Trustee for the American Pharmacists Association.

Lauren E. Bode PharmD, BCACP, CDCES, BC-ADM is System Manager of Ambulatory Care and Population Health Pharmacy, supporting the team of primary care pharmacists at UVM Health.
