BIO
Josh Plavin is an Assistant Professor and Division Chief, Comprehensive Pain Program in the Department of Psychiatry. He is also the Clinical Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Health at UVM. His research focuses on the application of an integrative whole person health approach to chronic diseases with a focus on chronic pain. Board certified in both Internal Medicine & Pediatrics as well as having expertise in public health, business administration and mind body medicine, his focus is on improving clinical outcomes and value in the health care system through applying new knowledge at the intersection of integrative whole person health and management science.
