Dr. Douglas J. Kim is a board certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist with 18 years of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology experience across academic medical centers, community hospitals, and private laboratory settings. His clinical interests include cytopathology and general surgical pathology.
He currently holds multiple leadership roles, including Division Chief of UVM Community Practice Pathology (NY) and CLIA Medical Director for CVPH. He was previously CLIA Medical Director at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Springfield Hospital and Grace Cottage Hospital, where he directed full-spectrum AP/CP services and strengthened laboratory operations.
Dr. Kim received his MD from the Medical College of Ohio, his MA from Columbia University and his BS from the University of Michigan. He trained in AP/CP at the University of California at Irvine and The Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX.
