Andrew Tranmer is an Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He is board certified in Plastic Surgery within the Division of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Tranmer practices across the full scope of plastic surgery including breast, facial and microvascular reconstruction and cosmetic surgery.
