MARCH! A Celebration of Leadership

MARCH! A Celebration of Leadership highlights inspiring stories, celebrates leadership and achievement, and creates space for reflection and connection. Everyone is welcome to join in this celebration. 

Join WAGE & SGA in celebrating the intercultural excellence work being done around UVM. This year’s theme is mental health & self-empowerment. Free dinner is provided, and all are welcome.

Community Champion Award

Body

Recipients will have demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering spaces, programming, initiatives, and/or conducting research that advances community wellness and belonging at UVM (open to all current students). 

Lydia Dodge Award

Body

Recipients of this award are recognized for their exceptional contributions to the WAGE Center. They embody dedication, leadership, and community engagement—values that enrich our mission and inspire transformative dialogue.

Outstanding Athlete Award

Body

Recipients will have demonstrated significant achievements in their sport, academics, service to their community, and work towards intercultural excellence.  

Outstanding Faculty Award

Body

Recipients will have demonstrated exemplary leadership in advancing intercultural excellence at UVM. These faculty members have consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to creating intentionally meaningful academic environments through innovative teaching practices, pioneering research, and active campus engagement. 

Outstanding Leadership Award

Body

Recipients will have demonstrated outstanding work in intercultural community building.

Body

Recipients will have demonstrated exemplary leadership in advancing intercultural excellence at UVM. These staff members have consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to creating co-curricular spaces that embody Our Common Ground values and contribute to overall student success.
