This individual will develop and implement a scalable, sustainable framework for career coaching, professional development guidance, and job search support, helping employees navigate internal mobility opportunities, prepare for promotions, and identify roles that align with their skills and career aspirations. In close collaboration with the HR Partner, Talent Development, and Classification and Compensation teams, this role will help realize UVM’s long-standing commitment to transparent career growth by shaping a future-focused internal mobility program—one that empowers employees, cultivates professional growth, and strengthens engagement across our workforce.
