It is our pleasure to announce the recipients of the Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) Institute scholarship fund for 2021-2022.

HERS is a nationally recognized leadership workshop that is dedicated to creating and sustaining a community of female identified leaders. Founded in 1976, the HERS Institute has trained over 5,000 women faculty and staff across the U.S. in intensive residential leadership and management development through their twelve-day programs. UVM has been involved with HERS for over 20 years.
Human Resource Services with funding through the Division of Finance and coordinated through the office of Professional Development and Training and the Women and Gender Equity Center, organizes the recruitment, application, and nomination process of faculty and staff interested in attending the HERS Institute. UVM Alumni of the HERS program review all applications and recommend candidates to the program.
