Benefits eligible employees can now find 2025 Total Rewards statements in the PeopleSoft HR Portal.
A Total Rewards Statement gives you a personalized snapshot of the full value of your UVM compensation including salary and the cost of benefits UVM provides. This incorporates the cost UVM contributes for health insurance, retirement savings, tuition remission, and other programs that support you and your family. It’s a simple way to see the complete picture of your total compensation and the value of working at UVM.
To access your Total Rewards Statements, you can:
- Log into PeopleSoft Human Resources
- Select the “Total Rewards Statement” tile
- Explore each section of your statement and review the supporting notes for helpful explanations
