General Updates

LEAP Sponsors met with Warick Pond, Director of Program Management on March 27 to review current program status, including an updated roadmap for the ERP Implementation, readiness work, and governance decision frameworks, and discuss upcoming milestones. 

The March Steering Committee meeting was pushed until April to better align with the ongoing review process. This update is intended to bridge the gap and ensure continuity of information for all committee members.

ERP Updates 

Revised Roadmap: The overall ERP roadmap has been adjusted with key milestones pushed back approximately six months. This change reflects consistent feedback about the need for more intentional planning time, and the added runway will allow for stronger readiness activities, more defined deliverables, and more comprehensive materials for the Board of Trustees. 

ERP Software RFP: We anticipate having a software recommendation to sponsors in late May/early June, leaving June and July for negotiations and contract preparation. 

SI RFP: We have a draft in progress to find our SI Partner, with final details to be added based on our software selection. For this work to be successful, we will need to form a working committee. 

OpX Updates 

Discovery Efforts: The initial discovery meetings with project teams have been fruitful and are almost complete. As of March 27, 26 discovery meetings have been completed. All discovery sessions are expected to conclude by early April.

Emerging Themes: Early findings highlight recurring interdependencies between projects and broader initiatives, as well as an opportunity to strengthen governance and standard operating procedures around decision-making across campus. 

Next Steps: The result from this work will be a discreet list of Phase I projects.
