DEC Commissioner to speak at VMC Annual Meeting

The Vermont Monitoring Cooperative is pleased to announce that Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation Commissioner David Mears will give a keynote presentation entitled "A contemporary legal and political perspective on invasive species in Vermont forests" at its 2011 Annual Cooperators Meeting on October 31st in Memorial Lounge, Waterman Building, on the UVM campus."
