In-person registration closes November 4th at 11:59pm. Registration for online participation will close November 11.
Conference Dates & Times:
The event will be held at the University of Vermont Davis Center in Burlington, Vermont, with a hybrid option for participating remotely.Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Lunch will be provided to in-person attendees.Registration fee:
$60 per person. $20 for students and organizations with limited budgets.Payment Information: Cash payment is no longer accepted. The preferred method is by credit card at time of registration checkout.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation. Should you choose to attend virtually, the Zoom links will be shared in advance of the conference to the email you submit.
