Thanks to some wonderful animals, area farmers and herders, land managers with an interest in sustainability, and the Center's Pasture Program, Vermont livestock is keeping busy eating weeds and invasive species that are cropping up in unwanted places.

Here in summer 2018, there's been a small surge of interest in this work in local and national media - and so we thought we'd provide links to some of that coverage for our like-minded fans of weed-munching small ruminants.  Enjoy!
