The Assistant Director of EM Administration provides strategic and operational support to the Division of Enrollment Management. Partnering with the Director of EM Administration, they oversee divisional business operations, including financial management, human resources, and contract administration, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective resource allocation. This role supports division-wide financial analysis, HR process improvement, and contract administration while managing confidential information related to personnel, enrollment, and budgetary matters with discretion. They lead select divisional initiatives and oversee the coordination of meetings and events that advance the strategic goals of DEM.
Lindsey Troescher assumed the role of Assistant Director of EM Administration in October 2025. She serves as a core member of the DEM Administrative Team, supporting the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Director of EM Administration. She provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Division while overseeing key goals and initiatives. Lindsey views administrative excellence as essential to organizational success and works to build systems and processes that enable the division to operate efficiently and collaboratively.
Prior to working for UVM, Lindsey worked in Human Resources for a local public school district.
She earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Champlain College in 2013.
