The Business Operations Strategist plays a key role in supporting human resources and financial process administration, prioritizing efficiency, compliance, and responsible resource management. This role collaborates with staff across the division and works to streamline and improve business processes. By identifying trends, streamlining workflows, and promoting best practices, the Strategist drives operational efficiency and supports continuous improvement across DEM.
Lindsey Troescher assumed the role of Business Operations Strategist in March 2025. She serves as a core member of the DEM Administrative Team, providing support to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and working closely with the Vice Provost and Director of EM Administration, helping to support the Divisions strategic goals & initiatives. Lindsey believes that operational functionality is the backbone of departmental collaboration and enjoys ensuring that the division is adequately supported to achieve success.
Prior to working for UVM, Lindsey worked in Human Resources for a local public school district.
She earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Champlain College in 2013.
