BIO
Lili has nursing experience in adult cardiothoracic, vascular, medical-surgical nursing, post-anesthesia care, and student health. Lili teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate programs and is an affiliate of the UVM Osher Center for Integrative Health. Lili co-created two nursing elective courses: Compassionate Care for Nurses and a travel nursing course, Resilience Beyond Burnout. Both courses focus on building resilience and optimizing nursing students’ mental and physical well-being. Lili enjoys mentoring students on their journey to becoming nurses by helping them pursue their individual nursing goals and enjoys investigating the impacts that mindfulness, compassion, and planetary health have on nursing student wellbeing. When not at work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her family.
