John Tobey Clark is a temporary lecturer in the Biomedical & Health Sciences (2008-2022) and Electrical & Biomedical Engineering (1989-2022) departments. He is also the Co-Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Center for Health Technology Management at the Technical Services Partnership (TSP) at UVM.
