Think College Vermont is an inclusive and supportive college experience for students with disabilities. To earn a Certificate of College Studies, students complete 9-18 credits of courses at the University of Vermont. The program includes peer mentoring, student-centered academic advising, personalized learning opportunities, and a robust social and emotional network, and work experience.

Background and Funding
In October 2010, the UVM Center on Disability and Community Inclusion was one of 27 programs nationwide awarded a 5-year Transition and Postsecondary Programs for Students with Intellectual Disabilities (TPSID) grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Think College Vermont was supported by federal funds from 2010-2015. Now the program is sustained through student tuition and generous donations from families, organizations and visitors like you.
