Background and Funding

In October 2010, the UVM Center on Disability and Community Inclusion was one of 27 programs nationwide awarded a 5-year Transition and Postsecondary Programs for Students with Intellectual Disabilities (TPSID) grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Think College Vermont was supported by federal funds from 2010-2015. Now the program is sustained through student tuition and generous donations from families, organizations and visitors like you.
