College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences
Educational outreach is one of our core missions at the FabLab. Whether for course projects at UVM or to introduce the next generation of engineers and scientists to the tools of the maker trade, we are always excited to provide tours and instructional workshops.

Summer Camps

CEMS offers Engineering & Design Summer Camps that introduce middle-school-aged students to engineering professions through hands-on learning opportunities, helping them discover and develop their own STEM identity.

Among our most popular offerings are our Maker Camps where students work in the fab lab, learning skills to bring their ideas to life using 3D design software and real 3D printers and laser cutters under the guidance of FabLab counselors.

Our annual camps are announced early during the spring semester.
