Recent work by UVM food systems graduate students drew the attention of the Free Press.  Under the direction of Geography professor Cherie Morse, students created a mascot, campaign and even a jingle to promote the state's path-breaking composting law enacted last year and slated to go into effect for all Vermont households by 2020.  Read the Free Press article to learn more.
