Nominations Now Open for Representatives to Board of Trustees Committees!
We are seeking one staff representative to the Budget, Finance and Investment Committee and one staff representative to the Committee on Educational Policy and Institutional Resources.
As a staff representative to the Board of Trustees, you'll attend your committee meeting and prepare short reports on committee proceedings to share with Staff Council and the UVM community. Details are available on the nomination forms:

Staff Appreciation Week - September 11th-15th, 2017
UVM’s Staff Appreciation Week is around the corner. It is the time of year when our University community sets aside a week of activities to celebrate and recognize staff for their dedication and contributions.
The festivities will start with the Social on the Green, Monday, September 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on the Bailey Howe/Davis Green (between the Davis Center and Bailey/Howe Library). All UVM staff are invited and encouraged to attend this special picnic lunch hosted by President Tom Sullivan. Join your colleagues for a traditional barbecue with hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, and chicken, and enjoy music, great conversation, raffle prizes, games, and more.
The 7th Annual Staff Art Exhibit Reception, Celebrate Staff! Celebrate Art!, will be held on Thursday, September 14 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Davis Center's Livak Fireplace Lounge and Gallery. The art show, running September 5-29, will showcase the varied artistic talents of the UVM staff community. Meet several of the contributing artists and enjoy light refreshments.
