UVM is a safe campus, but why take chances? The Davis Center hosts a variety of late–night events throughout the year — from comedy shows, bands to speakers and fundraiers. Come and enjoy the show. Stay late; we'll get you home safely.

Here's How:

  • UVM maintains a robust Campus Area Transportation System that is closely integrated with local public transportation systems. The On-Campus shuttle runs 7:30AM - 10:00PM on weekdays and 4:30PM – 10:00PM on weekends. The full schedule of all our shuttle services is available here
  • All UVM students also have free access to the Chittenden County Transportation bus system.
  • After hours parking is available to all students and employees with late–night commitments.
  • Safety escorts/rides are offered by UVM Police on a case–by–case basis, usually after the shuttle buses stop running. If you require this service, contact UVM Police Services.
  • Download CATSafe, Powered by the LiveSafe App, for the virtual blue light in your pocket and peer-to-peer escort tool, SafeWalk. Visit the Emergency Management site for more information and download instructions.
