Women's Small Business Project

This project began as a technical assistance project with UVM faculty. As the project evolved, it became clear that the women wanted the skills and knowledge to run their own businesses. In response to this need UVM faculty organized educational workshops about value-added processing and marketing such products such as ice cream and candies. This project links itself to the ecological sugar project by using the same sugar cane.
