Ecological Sugar Project

The Ecological Sugar Project has been a vibrant project for over four years. UVM students have participated for the past three years by working with the sugar cane cooperative. These students have been involved in research, design, and implementation of appropriate ecological technology, soil science, and analysis for domestic and international markets for organic sugar products.
